APM-40 is being tested in the frame of MODEX EU, Bucharest

APM-40 system is being tested in the frame of  international exercise MODEX EU, taking place from 13.10 till 18.10. 2018 in Bucharest. The exercise, which involves all of the city’s emergency services, recreates the conditions that would follow an earthquake measuring 7.5 on the Richter scale. Authorities have estimated more than 450 deaths, 1,800 injuries and 30,000 people left without shelter. APM-40 system allows quick deployment of telecommunication network when all other networks are down and there is no electricity available. System is designed to support Command, Control and Coordination in order to manage the Crisis situation.
